Spring Commissioning
It's time to start thinking about launching your boat! There are easy steps to getting your boat launched and ready to use.
- Schedule your launch date.
- Contact the marina office and let us know when you want to launch.
- Remember, all boats should be scheduled to launch before May 1st. After May 1st, land storage rates increase.

- Bottom Painting and Zincs : contact the marina office for options
- Do-It-Yourself : antifreeze recycling is located near the marina office.

- It's not too late to schedule small upgrades and projects to your boat depending on the scope.

Bathroom Remodel: An Update
The bathhouse project is progressing on schedule. Plumbing lines in the floor are completed and concrete has been poured. Framing the walls and partitions is
also complete and we're moving on to electric and plumbing in the walls along with HVAC. Much attention is being applied to keep this project on schedule.
In an effort to provide you with a conceptual description of what awaits you at the completion of the project, our interior designer provided the following.
The marina restrooms are being upgraded to provide members a relaxing spa feel, inclusive of new plumbing fixtures and equipment. En suite shower and bathroom facilities are featured in both the women's and men's restrooms. This feature provides not only privacy but also accommodates updated accessible needs for all members and guests use.
A clean, relaxing palette consisting of durable and high end materials have been selected. These materials include not only granite counter tops, wood louver doors, and sleek hardware, but also floor to ceiling wall tile and updated light fixtures throughout.
