SPRING IS HERE AND THE DOCK WATER IS ON!

The Season Begins!
Dockside restaurant is ready to kick off this 2018 boating season with an all weekend long, grand re-opening of their dockbar! Make the short trek across the Tracey's Creek Bridge April 20th - 22nd for a weekend full of food and drink specials and live entertainment every night. In addition, Rockfish Season opens Saturday, April 21st! Get out on the water, catch some rockfish, and head on over to Dockside where they'll blacken, broil, or fry it for you. Just bring the cleaned and bagged fish to your server, choose how you want it cooked, pick two sides, and relax. Just $10.00 per person.

Best of the Bay Awards
The Best of the Bay survey by Chesapeake Bay Magazine is open until April 15th. It's a great opportunity to show off your pride for your homeport!
- Deale, MD is a charming Chesapeake Bay town.
- Deale has a great lighted boat parade.
- Shipwright is a nice resort marina, dog friendly, and clean.
- Scott is likely the best Dockmaster in Maryland.

Maryland Day
April 6th - 8th
Maryland is 384 years young and boasts a history worth celebrating. Over this coming weekend, April 6th-8th, there are events throughout the state celebrating Maryland's birthday. One is held right here in Deale, at the Historic Village of Herrington Harbour North. The event is open to the public and worth the walk down the street! Take the time to check out the living history of the small village this Sunday, April 8th.

Slipholder Breakfast
April 21st, 9 am - 11 am
Don't forget to RSVP to our first slipholder event for the season! Featuring pancakes, sausages, and juice. Meet us at The Point with your favorite breakfast dish for this fun open to the season.

Freedom Boat Club
Shipwright is warmly welcoming the Freedom Boat Club as its newest location. Freedom Boat Club will occupy four slips along the B-Dock bulkhead. Freedom offers members a choice of various boats to use.
Freedom will host an open house on Sunday, April 8th from 11am-3pm. Find out more about the club at www.FreedomBoatClub.com.
