Dale Plummer has been a TowBoatUS owner since 2010 and responsible for the Ports of Middle River, Baltimore and Annapolis. This May he added Herring Bay. Captain Plummer’s business is a family endeavor. Wife Christine is the local dispatcher and office manager while son Austin is one of 20 Captains that cover the area. The Herring Bay Tow Boat is docked here at Shipwright! Please be sure to say hello and extend a welcome to all as they serve our boating community.

Membership in BoatUS plus an Unlimited Gold Towing Service plan is just $125, after the discount, for an entire year of FREE service. The day after membership begins, battery jump starts, un-groundings, fuel delivery fees, and towing back to your home port is absolutely free. After the first 30 days, members also are eligible for FREE towing from a home dock to service within 25 miles. There is no insurance reimbursement, no paperwork, no cost, and no worries.

The Water Tax-Z has a New Home!
Cap'n Dennis Zimmerman and the Water Tax-Z are located at Shipwright on B-Dock for the season. Give them a call at 443-995-9957 for a ride to any where in Rockhold and Tracey's Creeks. Cap'n Z runs the Tax-Z Friday and Saturday 11apm-8pm, and Sundays 11am-4pm.

The South County Farmer's Market has a new home at the Deale Library. Gather up your re-usable grocery bags and head on over to the Deale Library for some Windermere Farms' fresh mushrooms, homemade baked goods from Bell House Bakery, honey and apple cider from Honey Harvest Farms, some Van Alstine seafood, and handmade goat milk soap and other goodies and vendors.
