Bob on the Move!
Bob was the life of the party at Lowe’s Wharf. After talking with the Talbort County locals, he found out about the water trails. So, he grabbed his kayak “Big Banana” and headed for the trails.
There are ten suggested paddle routes around and near Tilghman Island. The trails are not marked and demand a certain level of skill and caution. Bob, being the experienced paddler, decided on the Back Creek Trail because of his favorite activity and food source, bird watching.
The water surrounding Tilghman Island provides extensive habitat for oysters, crabs, clams and fish, osprey, great blue heron, bald eagles and ducks.
Bob likes to dock at Knapp's Narrows Marina and Inn. You can rent a kayak, paddle board, bike or scooter to explore the island. Click the below link for other near by attractions and more information on the water trails.
Follow along weekly to see where Bob is headed next!
